Bobby Segall and David Martin prevail on issue of first impression

The Alabama Supreme Court recently reversed a decision of the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals in an important issue of first impression. Ex Parte Sacred Heart Health System, Inc.,2012 Ala. LEXIS 159 (Ala. Nov. 21, 2012). Bobby Segall and David Martin represented Sacred Heart Health System, Inc. in this case which will have long-ranging implications on the provision of health care in the State of Alabama. David orally argued the case before the Alabama Supreme Court.
