Bobby Segall and other Copeland Franco lawyers successfully defend high profile white collar case

Bobby Segall, Shannon Holliday, David Martin, Nelson Gill and Ashley Penhale were part of the defense team that successfully defended a client in a high-profile white collar case brought by the Justice Department's Public Integrity Section. The client was charged with sixteen counts in a sixty-five page indictment. Following nine and four week trials, the client was found not guilty of all charges by juries in the Middle Districe of Alabama.
