John Henig successfully defends two sitting judges before the Judicial Inquiry Commission

John Henig successfully represented, in two separate cases, two currently sitting judges before the Judicial Inquiry Commission. After a hearing before the Judicial Inquiry Commission, in both cases, the Judicial Inquiry Commission dismissed the charges and found there was not sufficient evidence to file charges with the Court of the Judiciary. Copeland, Franco, Screws & Gill, P.A. represents judges before the Judicial Inquiry Commission and before the Court of Judiciary.
